The Office Building of the Year (TOBY)

One of our goals at the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) is to recognize excellence in office building management. Each year, BOMA sponsors a national awards program with that goal in mind; beginning at the local association level and culminating with the International competition.

We are pleased to announce the Annual Office Building of the Year “TOBY” Awards Call for Entries.

When a building wins a TOBY award, you can be sure it means something – excellence in office building management.

The Annual TOBY Awards will be held September 18, 2008.

Best of the Best Program
Instructions: When you see a building that has one or more of the categories on the ballot you just submit your vote to the BOMA office.
Tools needed: 1) Your opinion; 2) Building/facility worthy of submission; 3) Ballot.
Win/Win: If you know the property manager you can tell them you think their building/facility is so special that you have submitted the building in the Best of the Best program…major brownie points.
Rules: Building does not have to be a BOMA member….only person submitting the ballot needs to be a member.
Deadline: May 16, 2008 – come on…it’s relatively simple. Take a few minutes out of your day ~ look around for a building that deserves the award and submit the form.
