Essential Functions:
1. The Administrative Assistant must be able to perform the duties of the job.
Sufficient knowledge and ability to utilize following software: Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
2. Ability to effectively listen and respond to internal and external customer.
3. Ability to understand and communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
4. Ability to travel between floors and to other buildings in Bala Plaza - Bala Cynwyd, PA to provide Administrative services.

Senior Maintenance Engineer

SENIOR MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

Experienced building engineer needed to perform a variety of skilled tasks, particularly repair and maintenance of the electrical and plumbing systems, in a commercial office building in Upper Merion Township. The ideal candidate needs to be a skilled painter with a background that includes light carpentry work. Candidate needs to possess superior organizational skills, be detail-oriented and be able to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to deliver excellent customer service to internal and external customers required.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years commercial office experience
