BOMA Philadelphia Leadership

The leadership of BOMA/Philadelphia is composed of elected Officers and a Board of Directors, who serve the Association on a volunteer basis. Additionally, BOMA/Philadelphia has a full-time professional support staff working at its Two Penn Center offices.

Officers
Each officer is elected by a majority vote of the Principal Members for a one-year term which traditionally begins in May.

Board of Directors
The Board of Directors oversees the general direction, control and management of BOMA/Philadelphia, working in the interest of the membership at large. The Board holds regular meetings to discuss all other matters relevant to the Association. Members serve a three-year term.
