EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
Members:
Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer, Secretary, President
Specific Duties:
- Serves as an interim government body between meetings of the associations' governing body. Operates with authority vested in it by the Bylaws. Reports its meetings and actions to the Board of Directors and, if necessary, the membership.
- Assists in preparing a budget and reviews and approves each committee budget for the ensuing fiscal year and submits all budgets for final approval to the board.
- Implements all directives and policies established by the Board.
- Makes recommendations to the membership on all matters pertaining to the advancement of the interests and welfare of the association and its members.
