THE APPLICATION, ALONG WITH ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS, ARE DUE TO THE BOMA OFFICE NO LATER THAN FRIDAY, APRIL 17th at 12:00 PM.
Please spread the word and encourage your employees and students to take advantage of this great opportunity. Last year more than $41,000 in scholarship funds were distributed!
The BOMA Philadelphia-BOLR Scholarship Fund was established to provide scholarships to BOMA and BOLR members; the children of BOMA members; the children of members of SEIU Local 32BJ who are employed in a BOLR member building; and the children of individuals involved in the management and/or maintenance of a BOMA member building.
BOMA Associate Members: please note that the scholarship is available only to the children of the individual(s) currently on file as the listed representative(s) for an Associate Member company. In addition, all applying members must be in good standing (2020 BOMA and/or BOLR dues must be paid).
Scholarships will be awarded to graduating high school seniors pursuing further education and members or children of members currently enrolled in any non-profit two-year college (community college), four-year college or university, or accredited vocational-technical school. Scholarship funds are for tuition, books and fees.
Scholarship awards are made directly to the school for the student.

Scholarship applications will not be considered without ALL of the above documents. NO EXTENSIONS WILL BE PROVIDED BEYOND THE MARCH 27th DEADLINE.
- Completed application
- Statement on an attached sheet describing your personal aspirations and educational and career goals
- File a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Include a copy of the Student Aid Report (SAR) that is received as the result of filing (FAFSA). Please include all pages of this report which will include your estimated Expected Family Contribution (EFC).
- Copy of official high school and/or college transcript
- Letter of recommendation from high school and/or college professor/teacher
The scholarship award is based on these documents along with academic performance, community service, school activities, and employment history, and financial means identified in the FAFSA report.
