Join us for a virtual education session on Building Energy Performance Policy - presented by the Office of Sustainability.
As you may know, the City of Philadelphia 's Building Energy Performance Policy ("Building Tune-Up") – requiring nonresidential buildings of 50,000 square feet or larger to certify high performance, receive an exemption, or conduct a tune-up to improve efficiency in existing building systems - has gone into effect.
Thanks to the Government Relations & Sustainability Committees for partnering with The Office of Sustainability to offer a special webinar to BOMA members on January 14 at 2PM. This session, led by the Office of Sustainability's Climate Advisor, Zachary Greene, will help members to better understand the Building Energy Performance Program (BEPP) and how to maintain compliance.
