Job Summary

Responsible for planning, scheduling and coordinating construction projects. 

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Ensures accurate procedures and programs are maintained during construction and executed within company guidelines. 

Prepares and communicates to management budget estimates, progress reports, and cost tracking reports.

Inspects and reviews projects to monitor compliance and environmental regulations.

Investigates damage, accidents, and delays at construction sites.

Provides strategic advice on projects.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

5 years of experience in commercial and office construction management preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in TI, fit outs and building renovations in office buildings.

Knowledge of and experience with general contractors in the project area.

Excellent project management skills, which includes good judgment and resolution skills. 

Professional, enthusiastic, and able to communicate with and work with a diverse population.

Excellent and on-time, in budget performance.

Accuracy and attention to detail.

Proven track record of leadership and managing construction projects.

Ability to establish and maintain rapport with business community and interact with various levels of professionals.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Valid state driver’s license.

Ability to drive to various sites.

Inspect and monitor projects by walking around projects adhering to all safety codes and other regulations.  

Adhere to the firm’s values and culture of commitment, collaboration, excellence, honesty, integrity, respect for others and trust. 

Passing a drug screen and background check.
