10 years experience in large hotel management or in a similar position. Four-year business, hospitality or liberal arts degree preferred. A Certified Hospitality Administrator designation is preferred.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with people with varying skills, competencies and levels. Detail oriented, analytical decision-maker, and also have good communication skills. Must be versatile and with ability to multi-task to be able to do several tasks at the same time, quickly analyze and resolve specific problems, and cope with deadlines.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The employee must be able to see differences in widths and lengths of lines such as those on graphs.
