Kings III is a fast-growing company providing emergency elevator and pool monitoring service to thousands of commercial and multi-family properties across the US.
We’re looking for someone that is Strategic, Assertive, Independent, and likes to work in a Fast Pace environment. Has anyone ever said, “you are a great storyteller”, or “you thrive at prospecting”? If so then you are the sales person we are looking for.
In this position, you will utilize your strong work ethic and ability to prospect over the phone and in person to find and cultivate new prospects for our products and services. You will be able to ask a lot of questions and listen intently with both mid- and high-level management DM’s to ensure we can meet their needs and solve their problems. You will gain agreement as to the outstanding value proposition of our offerings. Your proposal development skills will shine, as your clients will love the fact that you’re documenting the value to be created and the solution you’ve promised. Finally, you will be a “dog on a bone” until the deal is done, and you’ll intelligently manage enough of these cycles so that you will blow your quota away.
Who You Are:
This isn’t your first leap into sales. You’ve paid some dues for at least two years in outside business to business (B2B) sales and exceeded your quota consistently. You love what you do, so prove it to us! You make our decision much easier when you can credibly show us you’re the real deal as to your past quota attainment. Candidates that demonstrate proof of exceeding their monthly quota target will receive much higher credibility with us.
