Computer and Other Technical Skills - Proficient in AutoCAD 2010 (or greater), Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience with Microsoft Power Point, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop a plus.
Mathematical Skills - Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as; discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, and area. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry and financial analysis, including amortization, debt service, etc.
Attention to Detail - Thoroughness in accomplishing a task, no matter how small. Monitors and checks work or information.

Education and/or Experience
Commercial Property Management background with 5 years of professional experience is required. Bachelor degree is preferred.
