Job Summary:
The Capital Projects Coordinator is responsible for assisting with renovations around the three million square foot center city Philadelphia HQ Campus.  Projects will vary from full floor office design and construction to renovations of existing spaces within the campus.  Understanding of construction documents and design plans is a nice-to-have.  Ability to handle multiple tasks and balance several projects at one time

Core Responsibilities:
- Ability to work with external design firms and architects
- Understanding of construction elements and furniture systems
- Basic knowledge of budgeting and time management software
- Ability to review construction documents and assist with site evaluations/punchlists
- Processing and tracking of invoices for approval and payment
- Data entry of purchase requests in Oracle systems
- Willingness and ability to take on new department projects and assignments as required
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Working in a fast paced environment 


Job Specification:
- Bachelor Degree Required
- 1-3 years project management, design or facilities experience preferred
- Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint software
- Familiar with AutoCAD or Revit file types
- Project Examples Required
- High School or Equivalent
- Generally requires 0-2 years related experience


Additional Responsibilities:
- Coordinates the relocation of employees to new offices and the movement of desks and computers between offices
- Organizes and maintains storage area
- Arranges meetings and special events for all facility personnel
- Consolidates accounting expenses. Tracks all expenditures, verifies receipts and payments
- Responsible for ensuring the effective operation of the company building facilities
- Performs a wide variety of tasks related to the maintenance and operation of the building and grounds
- Maintains building appearance, tenant relations, tenant service requests
- Must adhere to facilities established operational and safety procedures
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to worknights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
