Job Summary

The Property Manager is fully accountable for all day to day property operations, overseeing and enhancing the value of the property.  This position is located in Center City Philadelphia, PA 

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Prepares and supervises the daily work schedule of operations, security and coordination of in-house construction.  Conducts building inspections. 

Responsible for bidding, analysis of bids, negotiating, implementing and overseeing vendor contracts.

Manages team of building engineers. Implements and manages property management and maintenance processes. 

Creates and maintains budgets.

Produces yearly departmental goals in line with corporate objectives.

Establishes good working relationships with tenants and handle issues as efficiently and promptly as possible.

Provides strategic advice and guidance on planning and development opportunities.

Assumes and performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

5+ years of property management experience, preferably in commercial management

Associates degree. Bachelor’s degree and Real Estate License preferred

Strong, effective supervisory skills.

Possess sound oral and written communication.

Excellent customer service skills and experience with working with people in a professional setting

Strong analytical skills and budgeting knowledge.

Excellent project management abilities, including good judgement and resolution skills

Detail oriented

Portray a good, professional image with excellent work ethic

Valid state driver’s license.

Adhere to the firm’s values and culture of commitment, collaboration, excellence, honesty, integrity, respect of others and trust. 

Passing a drug screen and background check.
