Founded by William Glazer in 1991 as a real estate brokerage firm, Keystone Property Group grew into an investment firm in 1993, to a development company in 1997, to a real estate private equity firm in 2003, and to a full-service real estate investment and development operating enterprise in 2014.

The Property Manager is fully accountable for all day to day property operations, overseeing and enhancing the value of the property. This position is located in Center City Philadelphia, PA
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Prepares and supervises the daily work schedule of operations, security and coordination of in-house construction. Conducts building inspections.
Responsible for bidding, analysis of bids, negotiating, implementing and overseeing vendor contracts.
Manages team of building engineers. Implements and manages property management and maintenance processes.
Creates and maintains budgets.
Produces yearly departmental goals in line with corporate objectives.
Establishes good working relationships with tenants and handle issues as efficiently and promptly as possible.
Provides strategic advice and guidance on planning and development opportunities.
Assumes and performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
