2021 Membership Dues

Letter to Our BOMA Philadelphia Members:

As many of you are in the midst of “budget season”, we’d like to take this opportunity to share with you the 2021 BOMA Philadelphia Dues Outline. Please note that there has been no increase in dues for 2021.
 
Over the past several months, the BOMA community has come together to mitigate the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Many of you are essential personnel, showing up for work under exceptional circumstances, keeping our buildings safe and our community operational, and many of you are still working from home to help prevent the spread of this virus.  By working together, we help keep each other safe.
As a property professional or service partner in these uncertain times, it is more important than ever to be a member of BOMA Philadelphia. No other organization can provide you the guidance and expertise you need exactly when you need it to help navigate these uncharted waters.
 
  • The BOMA network connects you with industry colleagues who can help you navigate our new normal way of doing business. The power of the BOMA network provides you with the connections you need with local peers who are developing best practices, local service providers who can answer the urgent questions you have and industry leaders who can share their knowledge. Shortly after the onset of the pandemic, BOMA Philadelphia compiled and released our exclusive local COVID-19 Response List, connecting our Regular Members with our Associate Members providing new or enhanced services in response to the virus.
     
  • BOMA Philadelphia’s COVID-19 Resource Center has helped to make your job easier by providing our industry with critical resources and credible information about how to mitigate the health and business impacts of COVID-19, preparing for building re-entry, and updates on the latest state and local legislation that are COVID-19 related. 
     
  • BOMA International is the industry’s advocate on Capitol Hill and with government agencies, voicing your concerns about the Paycheck Protection Program, liability protection during re-entry and pandemic risk insurance that have been shared directly with congressional leaders. 
     
  • BOMA Philadelphia’s Government Relations Committee made our collective voices heard to define our teams and service partners as essential personnel, reinforcing the need for commercial building personnel to provide essential services as part of the nation’s critical infrastructure and to keep your buildings operational. 
     
  • BOMA Philadelphia’s Safety & Security Committee was integral in local crisis communication, sharing real-time valuable information and holding multiple virtual forums for our members with local civic leaders, surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as the civil unrest and riots our city experienced early this summer. 
     
  • BOMA Philadelphia’s educational programming provides access to timely industry thought leadership through our Industry Partner webinars, virtual information sharing, newsletters and more, focusing directly on COVID-19 commercial real estate issues to help guide your staff through unprecedented times.
 There is still work to be done, but we are deeply grateful for our extraordinary members and your contributions commercial real estate industry.  BOMA is here for you now and in the future! We wish all of you continued health and safety, and we can’t wait to see you again.
