The BOMA Golf Outing is a key fundraiser for the BOMA/BOLR Scholarship Fund, which provides financial assistance to members, building staff, and their families. These scholarships support the children of individuals working in BOMA member buildings—including SEIU 32BJ employees, property management and maintenance professionals, and Associate Members—helping them access educational opportunities and build brighter futures.

About the BOMA/BOLR Scholarship: Provides financial aid in the form of scholarships for members and the children of those members affiliated with SEIU 32 BJ, who are employed in a BOLR member building. The children of individuals involved full time in the management and/or maintenance of a BOMA member building, as well as children of listed Associate Members, are also eligible.

About the BOMI Reserve: Provides support for BOMA Members to attend local BOMI courses in pursuit of RPA, FMA, SMA and SMT designations, at a reduced rate.
