Program Overview

IN THE ROOM will be a candid, forward‑looking conversation about what it means to create environments where people can truly thrive. This dynamic panel will explore three essential questions:

• Who is in the room?

• Do they feel like they belong there?

• Does the room itself — its design, norms, tools, and leadership — support them in doing their best work?

Together, we’ll examine how organizations can build spaces that welcome diverse expertise, foster psychological safety, and unlock the full potential of every person present.
