The Outstanding Building of the Year "TOBY" Award was created in 1985 to salute excellence in the office building industry. Now, 40 years later, it remains the most prestigious and comprehensive program of its kind in the commercial real estate industry, recognizing quality in buildings and awarding excellence in building management.
Winners of the BOMA Philadelphia's local TOBY program have the opportunity to advance to regional and international competition. There they can enhance their own reputation and that of our region.
